AFCAT admit card 2019: The Indian Air Force (IAF) will soon release the Air Force Common Admission Online Test (AFCAT) 2019 admit card on the official website. It is expected that the Air Force Common Admission Test (AFCAT) admit card will be released this week. All the candidates are going to appear for the AFCAT 2019 exam, can download their admit card from the official website, the link for which is afcat.cdac.in.

”After 02 Aug 2019 click DOWNLOAD ADMIT CARD to download your Admit Card from the website https://afcat.cdac.in and you will also receive admit card on your registered email ID. If the candidate does not receive his/her admit card in their registered email id or is not able to download the same from the mentioned website, he/she is required to enquire from AFCAT Query Cell at C-DAC, Pune. (Phone Nos: 020-25503105 or 020-25503106),” reads the official notification.

AFCAT admit card 2019: How to download

Step 1: Visit the official website, afcat.cdac.in.

Step 2: Click on the given link.

Step 3: Enter your username and password.

Step 4: Your admit card will be displayed on the screen.

Step 5: Download and take a printout of it.

The following items are to be carried to the exam centre:-

  • e-Admit Card for AFCAT 02/2019
  • Candidate’s Aadhaar Card
  • Another valid photo identity card such as PAN card/ passport/ driving licence/ voter identity card/ college identity card or any other valid photo identity proof, with details of name, father’s name, date of birth and a clear photograph
  • Two passport size colour photographs- same as the photo uploaded during online application (to be pasted, not stapled on Admit Card next to the printed photo and on the attendance sheet at the exam centre)
  • Ballpoint Pen (Blue or Black) for signing on the attendance sheet and rough work.

AFCAT Online examination: Date and scheme

The online exam will be held on August 24 and 25 for Flying Branch and Ground Duties (Technical and Non Technical)/ NCC Special Entry/ Meteorology Entry.

All applicants whose applications are submitted by due date will be called for AFCAT at one of the examination centres on either August 24, 2019 (Saturday) or August 25, 2019 (Sunday). It is mandatory for the candidates opting for Ground Duty (Technical) branch to appear in both AFCAT as well as Engineering Knowledge Test (EKT).

AFCAT 2019 Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

NCC Air Wing Senior Division C’ certificate.

Graduates with a minimum three-year degree course in any discipline from a recognized university who have attained minimum 60 percent marks or equivalent and have passed Maths and Physics at 10+2 level or BE/B Tech degree (Four year course).

Candidates who have cleared section A and B examination of Associate Membership of Institute Engineers (India) or Aeronautical Society of India from a recognised University with minimum 60 percent marks or equivalent.

Indian Air Force SSC recruitment 2019 age limit

Flying Branch- 20 to 24 years as on 01 July 2020 i.e. born between 02 July 1996 to 01 July 2000 (both dates inclusive).

Upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot License issued by DGCA (India) is relaxable up to 26 years i.e. born between 02 July 1994 to 01 July 2000 (both dates inclusive).
